The farm is located in Chevenoz, and offers snails cooked in court-bouillon, in frozen shells, Croquilles (shells in biscuits). Various recipes are available.
All year round.
At the farm on Friday evenings from 4.30 pm. Every day during the holidays
or by phone outside these hours.
Visits possible in July and August on Fridays at 3.30 pm by reservation.
