The Chef, known as “l’Ours” – “I like to cook by instinct, according to the inspiration I get from the producers on a daily basis and from what I pick. Indeed, I like to roam our mountains in search of wild mushrooms and herbs to associate them with my cooking and to let my guests discover them.”
