Savoy cheeses have many fans, but can they recognise them “blind”?
After a presentation on the nutritional value of milk, the different cheese types and the different stages of production, children will rediscover Savoie cheeses by focusing on their 5 senses and sharing their impressions. An approach that awakens all the senses!
Topics covered: the 5 senses, each illustrated by an activity involving three of Savoie’s label cheeses: Abondance, Tomme de Savoie and Reblochon. The workshop ends with a tasting of these cheeses, of course!
Organisation: explanations and discussions about the senses with the mediator, followed by individual activities.
